Royal Hobart Hospital
Royal Hobart Hospital, required two years of planning to accommodate building design requirements which affected Motorised Blinds installed within Jockey Sash windows and weather tight fixings due to windows being the facade of the building. Contacts from previously completed projects asked for Miami Design input to deal with their issues.
Port Melbourne Roof
Renovation of a beautiful Port Melbourne home included an addition of an upper level deck with an outdoor BBQ dining area. Shading this area in the summer and letting the winter sun was a prime requirement. A Retractable Roof was the solution, Architects designed a frame to enable a product to work within it, Miami Design suggested an alternative product which long term would have less if any maintenance, whilst meeting the clients requirements and the Architects visual image.
Echuca Retractable Roof
From a previous installation a site in Echuca required shading of an Outdoor Entertainment and Pool area. A sub frame was designed and built to house the Motorised retractable roof. This provided shading from those hot summer Echuca days and a lot more use of the Pool area by the grand kids.
